PMO Analyst

Job description

As CFC continues to scale, we are seeking an PMO Analyst to support the effective governance, oversight, and delivery of a growing portfolio of strategic change initiatives. The role will help embed consistent delivery frameworks, portfolio controls, reporting standards, and best practices across projects and programmes. Working closely with the PMO Lead and Project Managers, the PMO Analyst will play a key role in ensuring portfolio information is accurate, governance processes are effective, and delivery teams are supported to achieve successful outcomes. The role requires strong analytical and operational rigour, attention to detail, and the ability to build positive working relationships across a dynamic and fast-growing organisation.
