**Salary:** $18-$24 **Shift:** 2nd shift 7:00PM to 7:00 AM **Equipment:** Sitma Poly baggers ### Job Description - A leading **printing and mailing services company** located in **New Philadelphia, OH** is seeking a **Polybagger Operator** to join their production team. This role is responsible for operating polybagging equipment used in high-volume mailing and fulfillment operations. **Responsibilities:** - Set up and operate **polybagging equipment** used to package printed materials for mailing and distribution - Load products, inserts, and poly film into the machine according to job specifications - Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to ensure proper sealing, counts, and packaging quality - Perform routine quality checks to ensure finished products meet company and client standards - Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report mechanical problems when necessary - Maintain production efficiency while meeting deadlines and quality expectations - Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area **Qualifications:** - Experience operating **polybagging, mailing, or bindery equipment** in a printing or mailing environment preferred - Ability to work in a **fast-paced production environment** - Strong attention to detail and quality control - Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability - Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed **Preferred Experience:** - Experience with **Sitma, CMC, W+D, or similar polybagging machines** - Background in **direct mail, printing, or fulfillment operations**
