If you’re passionate about Porsche, work efficiently, and take pride in delivering exceptional quality, ***Porsche South Bay offers the opportunity to grow your career and maximize your earning potential.*** **Responsibilities** The Automotive Technician is responsible for accurately diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles to the highest dealership and manufacturer standards while ensuring optimal vehicle performance and customer satisfaction. - Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic concerns. - Perform advanced repairs and maintenance to Porsche standards. - Accurately document all diagnostics, repairs, and services. - Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards. - Collaborate with the Service Team to ensure timely workflow. - Support and mentor technicians with technical expertise. **Qualifications** - **Porsche Bronze & Silver Certified Technicians**: Minimum 2 years of professional Porsche technician experience required. - **Porsche Gold Certified Technicians:** Minimum 3 years of professional Porsche technician experience required. - ASE and other manufacturer certifications preferred. - Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. - High-producing, efficient, and detail-oriented. - Commitment to quality, teamwork, and exceptional customer service. - Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record. **Compensation** Estimated hourly flagging production rate ranges by Porsche certification level: - **Bronze:** $35–$42/hour - **Silver:** $45–$55/hour - **Gold:** $58–$63/hour *Please keep in mind that this range may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.* **Benefits** - Medical, Dental and Vision Plans - Short and Long-Term Disability - Paid Holidays & Paid Time Off - Paid Life Insurance - 401(k) Retirement Plan - Employee Assistance Plan - Paid Training **Hiring Requirements** - 18 years or older required - All potential employees must pass pre-employment testing including a background check and drug screen [Privacy Policy](https://www.lacarguy.com/privacy.htm)
