What You Can Expect : We are looking for motivated Mid-Level Power BI Developers to support our Lead Developer in delivering BI dashboards and reports across the business. You will be a hands-on contributor responsible for building and maintaining reports, handling data preparation, and ensuring dashboards meet business requirements. This is a great opportunity for developers who want to grow into a senior role. • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports • Connect to data sources and perform data transformation using Power Query • Write DAX measures and calculated columns to meet reporting requirements • Work with the Lead to understand business requirements and translate them into visuals • Perform data quality checks and validate report outputs against source data • Maintain documentation for reports, datasets, and transformation logic • Support end-users with dashboard queries and minor fixes • Participate in code reviews and apply feedback from the Lead Developer What You Bring: Must Have: • 2–4 years of hands-on Power BI development experience • Working knowledge of DAX — measures, calculated columns, basic time intelligence • Comfortable using Power Query for data shaping and transformation • Basic to intermediate SQL skills — able to write queries to extract and filter data • Able to work independently on assigned tasks without constant supervision • Good communication skills — able to ask questions and flag blockers clearly • Bangkok-based and available for the full 6-month contract Nice to Have: • Experience connecting Power BI to AWS data sources (S3, Redshift, or Athena) • Familiarity with ClickHouse as a data source for reporting and dashboards • Familiarity with basic data modelling concepts (star schema, relationships) • Experience in logistics, operations, or supply chain data environments • Interest in growing toward a senior or lead BI role What we Offer: • Flexible hybrid working arrangement • Mentorship from an experienced Lead Developer • Clear pathway to permanent conversion based on performance • Exposure to AI automation and enterprise data projects
