Internship, co-op, research, and substantive academic or personal project experience will be considered. - Experience designing enterprise level applications. - Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) and SharePoint Online. - Experience building dashboards or visualizations in Power BI, Grafana, or a similar tool. - Proficiency in SQL, including working knowledge of relational database design and data modeling. - Ability to read and work from written requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. - Ability to produce clear technical documentation and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Willingness and demonstrated ability to learn new platforms and tools quickly, including low-code development environments. - Capacity to work independently or collaboratively with a cross-functional team in a remote or hybrid setting. - Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and requests. - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance. ### Preferred Qualifications: - VA or federal health IT experience preferred. - Advanced degree in computer science, data science, or similar. - Experience with PostgreSQL or a comparable relational database, including schema design and migrations. - Experience with TypeScript or JavaScript and a modern front-end framework such as React. - Familiarity with containerization and CI/CD tooling such as Docker and GitHub Actions. - Experience working in Agile or Scrum delivery teams, including sprint-based delivery and code review. - Proficiency in Python. - Experience building or consuming REST APIs and working with structured data formats such as JSON. - Experience with Git-based version control and collaborative development workflows. - Familiarity with data quality, validation, audit logging, and version control concepts in a regulated or compliance-driven environment. - Familiarity with Section 508 accessibility standards. ### Benefits (including but not limited to): - Health, dental, and vision plans - Optional FSA - Paid parental leave - Safe Harbor 401(k) with employer contributions 100% vested from day 1 - Paid time off and 11 paid holidays - No cost group term life/AD&D plan, and optional supplemental coverage - Pet insurance - Monthly phone and internet stipend - Tuition and training reimbursement
