More than a job Do you dream of working every day alongside some of the sharpest colleagues in digital marketing, while servicing some of Denmark's biggest clients? Then keep reading. This is the everyday life you can expect if you land the job as a Consultant in our Google Ads team. What you'll do As a Google Ads (PPC) Consultant, you will be an essential part of driving tangible digital results - whether for a tech startup or a well-established, international corporation with ambitious growth targets. You will be given responsibility early on and will be backed by a strong team of specialists who will help you get off to a great start and quickly make an impact on our clients' performance. Your daily routine will revolve around data, optimization, and business goals. Hands-on Execution: You will work hands-on with performance marketing across platforms like Google Search, YouTube, Google Shopping, and Display. Your task is to ensure our clients get maximum value out of their advertising budgets. Deep Dives & Optimization: You will dive into everything from campaign structures and bidding strategies to conversion tracking and continuous optimization—always keeping a strict focus on performance and measurable results. Client Strategy & Dialogue: From day one, you will be an active participant in client communications. You will regularly meet with both new and existing clients to understand their business, map out growth potential, and adjust strategies based on data and actual results. It is you who digs into the numbers, asks the right questions, and ensures we hit our targets. It is all about thinking analytically, understanding the client's business, and utilizing your expertise to create a real impact. Experience you'll bring This might not be the most traditional job description - because we aren't necessarily looking for someone who knows everything from day one. However, we expect you to have 1-2 years of experience with PPC, Google Ads, or performance marketing, and to have built a solid foundation in paid search - ideally with specific knowledge of Google Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube, or Display. The most important thing for us, however, is something else: your motivation, your drive, and your desire to develop. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, take ownership of your tasks, and are motivated by generating strong results for clients. Client & Analytical Focus: We get especially excited when we meet a candidate who is analytically sharp, articulate, and enjoys client contact. You should want to be close to the clients, be able to translate data and insights into concrete recommendations, and thrive in a role where relationships and consulting go hand in hand with performance and execution. Curiosity for AI: At the same time, we would love to see an interest in AI and automation, perhaps having already experimented a bit with how new tools, scripts, or AI-driven solutions can be utilized in your marketing workflow. It is not a requirement that you are a specialist—but it is important that you are curious about how new tools and technologies can improve quality, efficiency, and results. Language: Fluent in English (both written and spoken), as this is our corporate language and essential for daily communication. What will you be a part of From day one, you will be part of a team of dedicated specialists who are passionate about digital marketing, and who work purposefully to generate results for our clients. Your everyday life will primarily be anchored in our Google Ads team, but you will quickly notice that collaboration extends across the entire agency. The team you are joining works with the full spectrum of PPC and paid search, delivering at an extremely high level. The pace is fast and the demands are high - but so is the support. You will be met by colleagues who are not only talented but also eager to teach and ensure you quickly settle in, both professionally and socially.
