PR & Media Hacker

Job description

*“For every person joining us for any position, there is a path and an opportunity to reach an executive role and become a company partner.”* **Antons Sapriko, Company Founder** **How to become a PR & Media Hacker at scandiweb?** We are a very inclusive company with colleagues from over 30 countries across all continents. We welcome people from all walks of life who can complete a practical test by showing how they think, create stories, and turn an ordinary business topic into something people want to discuss. This is not a traditional PR position where your main responsibility is to prepare press releases, upload them to distribution platforms, and send the same pitch to a long media list. **We are looking for someone who knows how to direct people's attention.** Your job will be to find the tension, consequence, opponent, proof, or human angle that turns it into a **story worth sharing**. Sometimes the story already exists and needs to be discovered. Sometimes you will help create the real event, benchmark, public challenge, experiment, debate, collaboration, or campaign that gives the media a reason to cover it. We welcome previous experience in PR, journalism, communications, creative agencies, content, startups, or growth marketing. However, the strongest evidence of your ability will be how you approach the practical tasks. We value your ability to deliver results, your curiosity, your persistence, and your openness to learn from feedback. Continuous learning and acting on feedback are among our core organizational values.
