In this role, you will be responsible for coaching young children aged 2-5 under our crib-to-college player pathway program. As a dynamic coach, you will work with small groups of children to develop their soccer skills, teamwork abilities, and socialization skills in a fun, non-competitive, educational environment. You will use positive reinforcement to ensure each child feels confident in their own abilities, allowing them to improve at their own rate.
