As a Physician in Physician Services, you'll provide advanced primary and specialty care to geriatric and medically complex patients, often in their homes or care settings, with the autonomy to focus on delivering thoughtful, patient-centered care that improves comfort, function, and quality of life. In this role, you'll conduct comprehensive medical evaluations, diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, and coordinate care with patients, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams. You'll also provide medical leadership and collaborative oversight for Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants, helping ensure high-quality, coordinated care while mentoring fellow clinicians.
