Pluralsight’s Instructor-Led Training (ILT) team is seeking exceptional Independent Contract PRINCE2® Instructors to deliver engaging, high-impact training experiences for Fortune 500 clients. This opportunity allows you to lead live, instructor-led training sessions both in-person and virtually, empowering project managers and delivery teams to deepen their expertise in globally recognized PRINCE2® frameworks. Pluralsight offers many ILT solutions including: short workshops, PRINCE2® Foundation & Practitioner certification bootcamps, 1–5 day classes, immersive academies, and blended learning solutions. With topics ranging from PRINCE2® Principles, Themes, and Processes to Agile integration (PRINCE2 Agile®) and tailored governance, you will guide learners through structured, real-world instruction that drives immediate impact. With flexible scheduling, competitive daily rates, and the ability to work from anywhere, this role is ideal for experienced certified project management professionals who are passionate about sharing knowledge and elevating teams. ### Who you're committed to being: - A passionate educator who believes methodology learning should be practical, engaging, and transformational. - A confident communicator who can demystify complex governance and project management frameworks for diverse enterprise audiences. - A continuous learner who stays current with the latest PRINCE2® updates, project management trends, and hybrid delivery models. - A collaborative partner who works closely with client stakeholders and Pluralsight teams to ensure exceptional course delivery. - A professional who demonstrates reliability, adaptability, and a strong commitment to learner certification and workplace success. ### What you'll do: - Deliver live instructor-led PRINCE2® training sessions (both virtual and onsite) for enterprise clients. - Facilitate real-world case studies, exam preparation exercises, and interactive discussions that reinforce core PRINCE2® principles. - Customize delivery and scenario work based on audience maturity levels, organizational needs, and client goals. - Stay current on PRINCE2® syllabus updates, PeopleCert standards, and best practices within project management. - Represent Pluralsight professionally while creating an engaging, inclusive, and high-energy learning environment. - Actively monitor our Instructor Portal to accept/decline class opportunities and communicate timely with Pluralsight project managers. ### Experience you'll bring: - 5+ years of professional experience leading and delivering projects using structured frameworks. - 2+ years of formal instruction or corporate training experience in Project Management. - Deep expertise in one or more of the following areas: - PRINCE2® Foundation & Practitioner Frameworks - PRINCE2 Agile® - Project Governance & Business Case Development - Risk, Change, and Quality Management - Tailoring PRINCE2® for Agile and Hybrid Environments - Portfolio, Programme, and Project Offices (PMO) - Project Leadership & Stakeholder Management - Strong presentation skills with the ability to engage both small groups and large enterprise audiences. - Experience delivering certification-focused training virtually and/or in person to enterprise clients is highly preferred. ### Requirements: - Minimum 5 years of hands-on project management experience. - Minimum 2 years of instructional or training experience in structured project management methodologies. - Active PRINCE2® Practitioner Certification (and/or Accredited PRINCE2® Trainer status with PeopleCert). - Ability to deliver training sessions virtually and travel onsite as needed. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Reliable high-speed internet and professional home office setup for virtual delivery. - Legal authorization to work as an Independent Contractor. - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field preferred (or equivalent professional experience). - Additional project management certifications (e.g., PRINCE2 Agile®, PMP®, MSP®) are a plus but not required.
