Job description

The Principal is a critical, client-facing role responsible for developing and delivering a superior slate of technology executive candidates. This role will fully understand the client organization and the role requirements, develop a research strategy, screen and interview candidates and present the strongest candidates to the client. Desired locations are Chicago and NYC area.
