Responsibilities:Key responsibilities of this position include:· Cultivate and build long term relationships with senior executive clients (i.e., C-suite, Business heads, VPs) of companies in the Financial Services Sector ( technology transformation)· Perform as a subject matter expert for transformation programs and advice, shape and provide solutions to business challenges presented by the client.· Lead a team of consultants, business analysts and delivery managers for the end-to-end program for multiple geographies· Collaborate with Business units, Operation Units, Technology partners in ensuring end-to-end system and process deliveryRequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:· Minimum 15 to 17 years of experience of working in either technology transformation or cloud strategy or operations team or in a consulting firm with credentials of having delivered transformation projects· Deep understanding of the Asia-Pacific and cross-border payment schemes.· Proven experience in consulting services in business, IT, digital or acquisition across multiple countries· Experience in technology transformation, data and application migrations· Ability to engage the clients on their important and challenging business issues· Ability to build strong relationships at the senior management level· Strong critical thinking skills, analytical abilities, and the capacity for creative thinking to solve relevant client problems and issues· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills· Strong communication skills in English - verbal and writtenWe offer great opportunities within a dynamically growing consultancy. To be successful in this role, you will need:
