Accelerate Innovation: Identify emerging customer needs, evaluate new technologies and approaches, and lead the development of innovative product capabilities. Lead Through Influence: Build strong partnerships across Engineering, Design, Data, Operations, Sales, and business teams. Communicate decisions and tradeoffs clearly while creating alignment across functions. Deliver and Measure Results: Drive complex initiatives from discovery through launch and beyond. Define success measures, evaluate performance using qualitative and quantitative insights, and continuously improve products based on results. What You Bring: Significant Product Management experience, preferably 8+ years, with demonstrated success delivering measurable customer and business outcomes across complex products or initiatives. Experience with B2B software or technology products, including customer workflows, commercial considerations, and product adoption. Strong product judgment and strategic thinking, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, evaluate tradeoffs, and translate business objectives into actionable product priorities. Strong analytical skills and experience using customer research, product metrics, and experimentation to inform decisions. Technical fluency across APIs, integrations, system architecture, data flows, and engineering tradeoffs. Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders, lead cross-functional initiatives, and communicate complex concepts clearly. An AI-native approach to Product Management, using AI, automation, and modern tools to improve problem-solving, decision-making, productivity, and outcomes. How We Do It: At Versant, how we work is as important as what we deliver. Successful candidates demonstrate: Trust: Build credibility through integrity, preparation, sound judgment, and consistent follow-through. Teamwork: Collaborate across functions, value diverse perspectives, and create shared ownership of outcomes. Transparency: Communicate openly about priorities, decisions, tradeoffs, risks, and results. Agility: Adapt to changing customer needs, business conditions, and new evidence while maintaining focus on outcomes. Entrepreneurial Spirit: Proactively identify opportunities, challenge conventional thinking, and turn ideas into meaningful customer and business value. We value demonstrated product leadership, accountability, and measurable impact alongside relevant professional experience. Bonus Points: Experience developing products for golf course operators, hospitality businesses, or other operationally complex B2B environments. Familiarity with SaaS business models, subscription products, or integrated technology platforms. Knowledge of the golf industry, golf course operations, or related technology ecosystems. Why You’ll Love It Here: At GolfNow, you’ll help shape technology that supports the golf industry while working across a diverse portfolio of B2B products. You’ll collaborate with experienced business and technology leaders, tackle meaningful customer challenges, and have the opportunity to influence product direction and see the impact of your work.
