Support Customer and Business Growth Partner with field teams on strategic customer opportunities and cloud-related discussions. Serve as a trusted subject matter expert for ServiceNow's cloud platform. Support market expansion initiatives, regional growth strategies, and evolving customer requirements. Take initiative to lead workstreams outside traditional role definitions when necessary to ensure successful outcomes. Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability by stepping into areas where additional leadership is needed and helping the broader team execute against business priorities. To be successful in this role you have: Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry. 8+ years of product management experience in cloud platforms, enterprise software, infrastructure services, or medium to large-scale SaaS environments with a Bachelor's degree; or 6 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 3 years experience; or equivalent experience.
