# **Building Healthcare That Remembers** Every time you call a doctor's office, the system forgets you the moment you hang up. You wait on hold, explain everything from scratch, get bounced between lines, and hope someone follows up. Everyone has felt this. No one should have to. At Assort Health, we're building one continuous conversation for every patient. An AI agent that knows who you are, remembers how you like to be reached, and carries that context from your first symptom to your full recovery. What began as the first voice AI agent to schedule a specialty appointment has become the largest proprietary specialty dataset in healthcare: 285 million patient interactions, 62,000 care protocols, 1.6 million decision pathways. We went from 15 people in 2025 and will cross 250 by the end of 2026. Revenue is up 20x in 15 months and we've raised $222 million, including a recent [$120 million Series C](https://www.assorthealth.com/blog/assort-health-raises-120-million-series-c-to-scale-largest-deployment-of-ai-agents-for-the-patient-journey) at a $1.2 billion valuation. We've also been named to the Forbes Cloud 100 and the 2026 Enterprise Tech 30 as the only healthcare AI company on the list! Healthcare spends $1.1 trillion a year on administration instead of care. If you want to help change that, apply below. # **About the Role** We're looking for a B2B product marketer who can turn complex technology into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with buyers and users across provider groups and health systems. As Principal, Product Marketing, you'll take ownership of go-to-market strategy for one of Assort's major market segments, Health Systems — not just defining positioning and messaging, but owning the segment's overall growth and performance. Reporting to the Head of Product Marketing, you'll partner closely with the GTM team — Sales, Demand Generation, and Customer Success — and act directly on the levers that accelerate pipeline, win rate, and revenue in your segment. You'll join with significant ownership and autonomy at a pivotal moment in our growth, you'll have the opportunity to shape its direction. This role is ideal for someone who thinks like a business owner, combines strategic rigor with hands-on execution, moves fast, and wants their work to have an outsized impact. # **What You’ll Do** - Own go-to-market strategy and performance for Health System, a major market segment —from positioning and messaging through pipeline, win rate, and revenue growth—serving as the single point of accountability for the segment's success. - Partner closely with Sales, Demand Generation, and Customer Success on segment GTM execution, identifying and acting directly on the highest-leverage opportunities to accelerate growth. - Lead integrated product launches for your segment by defining strategy, success metrics, and required assets in partnership with Product, Demand Generation, and Sales. - Own customer proof strategy—including case studies, video spotlights, and ROI narratives—in partnership with Content Marketing to shorten sales cycles within your segment. - Define and maintain the sales enablement strategy (pitch narrative, battlecards, product collateral, objection handling) for your segment, ensuring consistency and adoption across the revenue team. - Partner with Product and Revenue leadership on pricing, packaging, and monetization strategy to accelerate segment ARR growth. - Act as the market and competitive authority for your segment, translating industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activity into clear points of view and GTM recommendations. - Represent your segment's voice in company-wide strategic planning, pulling in market and performance data to influence roadmap and resourcing decisions. # **What We’re Looking For** - 7–10+ years of B2B SaaS, sales-led growth product marketing experience, with a track record of owning go-to-market strategy and being held accountable for revenue or growth outcomes for a product line, segment, or business unit—not just marketing outputs. - Proven ability to execute in early-stage or fast-moving environments, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders across Product, Sales, and Marketing. - Exceptional storytelling and executive-level communication skills—written, verbal, and visual. - Strong technical fluency, with the ability to translate product complexity into clear customer value and confidently engage with technical and revenue audiences. - Working knowledge of marketing and analytics platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, GA, Looker) and basic design tools (e.g., Slides, Figma). # **Nice to Have:** - Experience in provider and health system organizations, EHR ecosystems, regulated markets, or applied AI platforms. # **Benefits & Perks for Assorties** - **💸 Competitive Compensation** – Including salary *and* employee stock options so you share in our success. - **📚 Lifelong Learning** – Annual budget for professional development, plus training opportunities to help you grow. - **💻 Office Setup Stipend** – We’ll outfit your in-office workspace so comfy as it's productive. - **🩺 Top-Tier Health Coverage** – Medical, dental, and vision insurance, because your health comes first. - **🏖 Flexible PTO** – We trust you to take the time you need to recharge and come back ready to crush it. - **🥗 Meals & Snacks** – Lunch, dinner, and snack breaks that fuel great ideas. - **💪 Fitness Stipend** – Your wellness matters.
