The Opportunity With the support of nearly 100 colleagues across 4 US locations and a deep specialisation in the Built Environment, this is your chance to own and grow the Data Center Operations market in one of the fastest-expanding sectors in tech infrastructure. The demand for reliable, secure, and scalable data center operations has never been higher - from hyperscale facilities to edge computing sites - and Miami is fast becoming a key strategic location for operators serving both North and South America. You'll have the advantage of existing client relationships, a warm network, and the backing of the Harper Harrison and LHi brands. This role requires a blend of market mapping, proactive business development, and relationship building to deliver high-value recruitment solutions to both new and established clients.
