The Opportunity As part of the PwC Private team you are expected to lead the way as tax advisors dedicated to innovation, providing our clients with the right skills and technology to problem solve and deliver sustained outcomes. As a Senior Manager you are expected to lead large projects and innovate processes, focusing on achieving results and maintaining operational excellence. You are expected to interact with clients at a senior level and drive overall project success, leveraging your influence, specialized knowledge, and network to deliver quality results. Responsibilities - Oversee and manage large-scale projects - Innovate and streamline operational processes - Assure project success through senior-level client interaction - Leverage influence and specialized knowledge to achieve quality results - Develop and lead top-performing teams - Implement a holistic approach to client needs - Apply specialized technical knowledge and industry insights - Deliver sustained outcomes through strategic innovation What You Must Have - Bachelor's Degree in Accounting - 6 years of experience - CPA, Member of the Bar or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity What Sets You Apart - Demonstrating thorough knowledge of tax-related intricacies of partnership structures - Interpreting and applying US Tax Code sections related to partnerships - Consulting and modeling for M&A and equity transactions - Marketing and business development efforts - Collaborating across disciplines for system and process enhancements - Creating and leveraging complex spreadsheets and data analytic tools - Leading teams to generate vision and motivate members - Innovating through new and existing technologies - Utilizing digitization tools to enhance engagements Travel Requirements Up to 20% Job Posting End Date The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $335,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
