Take our **[Values in Action Self-Assessment](https://protect-us.mimecast.com/s/egL1C2koPxUwnWrt1UK6U?domain=brightonjones.com)** to see how our values align! ### Our Internship Program Offers the Following and More: **Client & Advisory Experience:** - Observe client meetings, participate in team prep meetings, and apply your learning through a mock client presentation designed to simulate a real-world advisory experience. - Work on meaningful projects while gaining exposure to different areas of the business, including investments, impact, marketing, operations, tax planning, MESI, and more. **Professional Development:** - Receive ongoing coaching, feedback, and support from experienced professionals who are invested in helping you learn, grow, and succeed throughout the summer. - Participate in career development programming designed to help you build professional skills, explore future opportunities, and prepare for life after graduation. **Skills & Relationships:** - Build relationships with teammates across the firm while exploring different career paths and areas of expertise within wealth management. - Collaborate with interns across the country through team projects, presentations, and book club discussions that foster learning, connection, and professional growth. - Develop an understanding of how teams across the firm collaborate to deliver a holistic client experience. **Culture & Community:** - Participate in team outings, committee events, and firmwide activities that help you build relationships and experience Brighton Jones' culture firsthand. - Engage in volunteer opportunities that reflect our commitment to community and making a positive impact. **Future Opportunities:** - High-performing interns may have the opportunity to return as a full-time Analyst following graduation. ### Program Details: - Program dates are June 14th - August 5th, 2027. - Priority consideration will be given to candidates who apply by December 1st, 2026. - Candidates should be on track to graduate with a bachelor's degree between December 2027 and June 2028 and be eligible for consideration for future full-time opportunities following graduation. - Availability to work up to 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, in-office.This is a temporary, non-exempt/hourly position. - Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship, now or in the future.
