We are seeking a dedicated PRN Licensed Dental Assistant to join our team in Mounds View, MN. As an integral part of our dental team, you will assist in various dental procedures and ensure a seamless patient experience. ### Key Responsibilities: - Assist dentists in all aspects of patient care, including procedures and exams. - Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments according to infection control protocols. - Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as required. - Provide patient education on oral hygiene and post-procedure care. - Maintain accurate patient records and assist with scheduling and administrative tasks as needed. - Ensure a clean, organized, and efficient work environment. - Travel as needed to support community sites, which may include driving a company vehicle or personal transportation when necessary. ### Requirements: - High school diploma or GED required. - Completion of an accredited dental assisting program. - Active Minnesota Licensure, DAND Certification, and/or other state jurisprudence requirements to perform designated tasks. - Current CPR (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or Red Cross. - Effective oral and written communication skills in English (Spanish proficiency preferred based on clinic location). - Valid driver’s license and ability to be added to the company car insurance roster highly preferred. ### Why Join Us? - Flexible schedule – choose the shifts that fit your availability. - Opportunity to work in a professional, patient-focused environment. - Supportive team dedicated to providing high-quality dental care.
