Process Engineer

Job description

Title: Process Engineer Job Responsibilities Perform process engineering design and calculations for Oil & Gas and LNG projects. Develop and review Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) and Utility Flow Diagrams (UFDs). Conduct process simulations and prepare heat and material balance calculations. Develop, review, and maintain Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs). Prepare process equipment datasheets and instrument datasheets. Ensure engineering deliverables comply with applicable codes, standards, project specifications, and safety requirements. Support technical reviews and collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams throughout project execution. Job Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or a related engineering discipline. Relevant experience as a Process Engineer in Oil & Gas and/or LNG projects. Experience in process system design, process simulations, and heat and material balance calculations. Hands-on experience preparing and reviewing PFDs, UFDs, and P&IDs. Familiarity with international engineering codes, standards, and industry best practices. Experience preparing process equipment and instrumentation datasheets. Proficiency in process engineering software such as Aspen HYSYS, Aspen Plus, or equivalent. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and within multidisciplinary project teams.
