Ensure optimized processes become lasting daily working habits. - **Metrics and KPI tracking:** Define project metrics, establish baseline KPIs, and build tracking dashboards. Measure and validate performance improvements continuously over time. - **Tool configuration and adoption:** Translate optimized workflows into practical software tools. Manage configuration and user adoption in Jira, ERP (Odoo), and supporting platforms. ## **What you bring** - BSc or MSc degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or Business Administration - 7+ years delivering hands-on process improvement projects in fast-growing high-tech or manufacturing environments - Certified Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt, or equivalent Agile certification - Practical mastery of Lean toolkits including Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, 5 Whys, and Pareto analysis - Proven ability to manage multiple improvement projects concurrently in fast-paced, ambiguous settings - Practical experience configuring workflow tools like Jira and driving user adoption in ERP systems like Odoo - Professional fluency in written and spoken English, with Dutch proficiency considered a strong asset - Action-oriented execution mindset, comfortable working directly with frontline shop floor teams - Excellent communication and influencing skills across all levels of an organization. A Certificate of Conduct (VOG) and a background check are part of our screening process. We appreciate your understanding. ## **What we offer** - Working for a Great Place to Work® certified company; - Comprehensive pension plan; - Commuting allowance; - 30 days of paid holiday leave (with the possibility to buy 3 additional days); - Opportunities to develop your skills even further through training and certifications; - High quality laptop/desktop, monitor, headphones, and any other equipment necessary for your role; - An international team of 30+ nationalities, full of high performance colleagues you can exchange experiences with and learn from.
