The primary function of a process Technician is machine set up, machine maintenance & machine trouble shooting for the purpose of maintaining device quality and compliance, increasing process output, as well as reducing costs. This role will be a mixture of Days and Evening shifts. ### Responsibilities: - Monitoring & operating equipment used in the production process to ensure they are functioning correctly & efficiently - Trouble shooting & maintenance, identify and resolve issues with equipment or process perform routine maintenance and assist with repairs when needed - Quality control, inspect products & process to ensure it meets onsite quality requirements - Data collection & reporting, maintain accurate logs & documentation for compliance & analysis - EHS compliance, follow all safety protocols onsite and ensure equipment is operated safely. Comply with all site EHS & regulatory standards - Training & development, stay up to date with all onsite training requirements & support onboarding/ cross training of new team members - Any other duties or responsibilities that may be assigned to you in your role ### Skills Required: - Demonstrated knowledge of GMP principles. - Demonstrated ability to deliver to personal, team and site objectives. - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with personnel at all levels in a team environment. - Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to make structured decisions on a routine basis - Aptitude for operational processes. - Aptitude for Process Improvement and Lean. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language - Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Data collection / trending / reporting - Teamwork & communication ### Education / Licenses / Certifications: - Minimum Level 6 qualification in Manufacturing Technology, Mechanical/Automation Engineering, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics or qualified trade person - 2+ plus years of experience in a GMP/ other regulated environment. - Proof of education, licenses, and certifications will be required where applicable ### Benefits: - VHI Healthcare Cover - Life Assurance - Pension Contribution - Training And Educational Assistance - Annual GP Check-Up - Extra Annual Leave - Healthcare Screening - Recognition Rewards #LI-DNP *LotusWorks is an equal opportunity employer and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any kind.
