🧾 Job Description Company: Nutrition 101 Pay Rate: $20–$23 per hour Industry: Food & Dairy By-Product Processing Location: Dallas, Texas 🔧 Position Details Role: Processing Equipment Operator Opportunity Type: Permanent position, with conversion to a 101 employee after 6 months Language: Spanish. Bilingual is a plus. Weekly pay every Friday Overtime after 40 hours ✈️ Relocation Benefits We provide relocation for this position: Housing covered by TalentMovers (first month is temporary housing) Support during months 2 and 3 to transition into your own housing Support to settle into the community Training on plant equipment 🎁 Benefits After Conversion (6 months) Health insurance (ICHRA) 401(k) with up to 4% match PTO and paid holidays Quarterly safety and performance bonus 📋 Job Responsibilities Operate a sit-down forklift to load, unload, and stage materials Train to operate heat exchanger, boiler, bottle crushers, baler, pumps, and tanks Perform pre-use equipment inspections and report any issues Support the processing team with sorting and unpacking dairy by-products as needed 📋 Job Requirements Forklift operating experience Mechanical aptitude; experience with boilers, pumps, tanks, or balers is a plus Willingness to do physically demanding work, with frequent lifting of 50–75 lbs Comfortable working in a covered, non-climate-controlled area (heat, cold, humidity, and mud depending on weather), with strong odors, noise, and slippery floors Non-slip safety boots and casual, safe clothing No jewelry or visible piercings in the work area (only a plain wedding band and medical bracelets allowed)
