**A Leavitt Group affiliate, Leavitt Select in Rexburg, ID**, is seeking a **Processor** to join its busy **Crop & Agriculture Department**. This role is responsible for processing insurance policies and requires strong computer skills and prior customer service experience. **Duties and Responsibilities**: - Accurately maintain customer information in the agency management system. - Communicate with customers and company personnel by phone, in person, and through written correspondence. - Issue appropriate insurance verification documents, including auto ID cards, certificates, and related materials. - Assist with premium collection and account reconciliation as needed. - Support the Operations Manager with monthly reports as needed. - Provide product, coverage, and rate information to agency personnel as needed. - Perform other related duties as assigned by management. **Requirements:** - Property & Casualty license preferred, or willingness to obtain a license within 90 days. - Strong customer service skills. - Strong clerical and computer skills, including Microsoft Office. - Strong time management skills. - Excellent attention to detail. **Benefits** - Leavitt Select provides a competitive hourly wage. - 401(k) plan with company matching. - Paid time off, including sick days, vacation days, and holidays. - Health plan options (HSA or FSA). - Wellness Program. #LI-DM1
