Your Day-to-Day Assist in processing purchase requests (PR), purchase orders (PO), and procurement data in the system or spreadsheets. Maintain accurate and organized purchasing records to support procurement operations. Review vendor documents, including invoices and delivery orders, to ensure completeness and accuracy. Assist with administrative tasks related to the end-to-end purchasing process. Who We’re Looking For Final-year student in Business, Supply Chain, or related field Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. Detail-oriented, organized, and possess strong administrative skills. Good communication and coordination skills. Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team. Basic knowledge of inventory and asset management is preferred.
