Job Summary: The Procurement Manager is responsible for leading end-to-end procurement activities on EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects, ensuring the timely, cost-effective, and compliant sourcing of materials, equipment, and subcontracted services. This role manages the full procurement cycle, vendor pre-qualification, bid evaluation, negotiation, and contract award, while ensuring alignment with project specifications, budgets, and delivery schedules. The Procurement Manager works closely with Engineering, Project Controls, and QA/QC teams to secure long-lead items and critical equipment without compromising project timelines and manages a procurement team and vendor base capable of supporting project execution at scale. Duties & Responsibilities:

- Update and amend procurement policy in line with emerging risks and industry trends
- Redesign and update procurement forms, templates, and the standard suite of contracts as needed
- Ensure delegation of authorities is followed properly across the procurement function
- Register new suppliers and maintain an up-to-date approved supplier list
- Ensure no conflict of interest arises in the execution of procurement activities
- Prepare service level agreements (SLAs) with supporting departments
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive procurement and business information
Requirements
Experience:
Minimum 10+ years’ experience working as a procurement manager in reputed EPC company. Saudi Aramco project experience preferred
Education:
BSc or any graduation /. MBA in supply chain management and Logistics is a plus
