Role: Procurement Manager (FF&E Hospitality) - Contract role Consulting Seniority: Consultant - Manager Day rate: Negotiable Project duration: 6-18 months, starting in July/August Location: Athens, Greece (must be based here or willing to move for duration of project) We’re supporting a global construction and property consultancy that advises clients across major real estate, infrastructure and sustainability programmes worldwide. They're seeking a Procurement Manager with strong hospitality and FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) expertise to support the delivery of hospitality projects. The successful candidate will oversee FF&E procurement, coordination, and installation, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently. Tasks Manage FF&E packages across hospitality projects, from procurement through to installation and handover Coordinate with clients, designers, suppliers, and contractors to ensure successful project delivery Monitor budgets, programmes, and project risks, providing regular updates to stakeholders Requirements An independent consultant Must be based in Athens or willing to move for duration of project Experience delivering hospitality projects with significant FF&E involvement Strong knowledge of FF&E procurement, supplier management, and installation processes Excellent stakeholder management and project coordination skills
