Procurement Manager (MEP & Fitout Construction) Position: Procurement Manager – MEP & Fitout Construction Experience Required: Minimum 8 Years Nationality Preference: Lebanese Industry: Construction / Interior Fitout / MEP Location: Saudi Arabia Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end procurement activities for MEP and Fitout construction projects. Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors. Ensure timely procurement of materials, equipment, and services within project budgets. Develop strong vendor relationships and maintain supplier performance standards. Coordinate with project, estimation, and engineering teams for procurement planning. Prepare procurement reports, cost analysis, and contract documentation. Monitor market trends, pricing, and material availability. Ensure compliance with company policies and project requirements. Requirements Minimum 8 years of experience in Procurement within MEP & Fitout construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction materials, suppliers, and subcontractor management. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in procurement systems and Microsoft Office. Lebanese nationality preferred. Preferred Skills Strong leadership and organizational abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines. Commercial awareness and cost-control expertise.
