Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain a vetted supplier database with performance, pricing, and reliability tracked over time
- Prepare detailed comparison analyses (price, quality, lead time, payment terms, warranty, total landed cost) and present clear recommendations to management
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, credit lines, and delivery schedules with suppliers, pushing for best commercial terms without compromising quality or timing

Requirements
- 3+ years of procurement experience in real estate development, construction, or a related industry
- Demonstrated experience sourcing from both local and international vendors in the industry
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of securing favourable commercial terms
- Solid commercial and analytical mindset, comfortable building detailed comparison analyses in Excel
- Working knowledge of import/export processes, Incoterms, and customs procedures
- Understanding of construction materials and FF&E categories
- Excellent written and spoken English; Greek is a strong plus; additional languages (Italian, Mandarin, Turkish) are a significant bonus
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple parallel sourcing processes
- Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced environment
- Based in Limassol or willing to relocate; this is an on-site role
