From budgeting to forecasting, we turn numbers into insights that shape Trendyol’s growth journey in a fast-moving ecosystem. **About the Role** This role is primarily focused on the Services category, managing the procurement of a wide range of service contracts, including security, cleaning, facility management, and other outsourced business services. In this position, you’ll collaborate closely with various category departments to ensure purchasing processes are efficient, cost-effective, and aligned with business needs. You will also track supplier performance, analyze product stock values, and contribute to data-driven decisions by preparing and presenting detailed reports on procurement activities and key business metrics. ### Your Main Responsibilities - Manage strategic and operational procurement processes across services, - Experienced in ERP and procurement platforms such as SAP Ariba and Oracle; actively involved in digital procurement processes such as collecting quotations online, e-tendering, and similar activities, - Conduct RFI/RFP/RFQ or online tender processes and lead supplier selection with relevant business stakeholders, - Follow market trends, supplier performance, and innovation in the marketing services ecosystem, - Try to enrich supplier pool to create supplier diversity and sustainability - Ensure cost optimization by adhering to the purchasing budget and creating value to decrease OPEX, - Carry out procurement activities in accordance with company procedures and quality standards, - Collaborate closely with the PoC, OCM and SPD teams and finance teams to streamline the process, - Track spend, identify cost-saving opportunities, and support budget optimization efforts, - Work closely with OCM team to finalize contracts by providing information about commercial terms aligned with business objectives and compliance requirements. ### Qualities We're Looking for - Bachelor's degree in relevant fields (Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, etc.) - Preferably a minimum of 2 years of purchasing experience, especially in services, - Strong verbal and written communication skills with advanced negotiation ability, - Strong planning and organizational skills, - Detail-oriented with strong reporting and analytical capabilities, - Proficient in verbal and written English, - Team player with the ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
