About The Role The product analytics team is responsible for the development, evaluation, and maintenance of data-driven insights on product strategy and performance. As a product analyst, you are expected to (1) proactively identify opportunities for product improvements and innovation through data analysis, (2) collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams, and (3) ensure analytical accuracy and alignment with overall business objectives. About The Job Analyze customer behavior and product performance data to generate insights and support decision-making Identify trends and patterns for product and process improvements Create, automate, and maintain reports and dashboards Collaborate and provide analytical support to data, risk, and engineering teams in strategy deployments Monitor product updates and ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency Stay up to date with business analytics tools, techniques, and industry trends About You At least 2 years of experience as a data analyst, product analyst, or systems analyst, preferably in a lending/fintech environment Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into strategic business insights Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Python / R, and at least one business intelligence tool (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI) Ability to deliver clear and impactful data presentations High attention to detail with solid organizational skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively across teams Excellent English communication skills
