Experience creating, maintaining, and evolving scalable design systems. Experience conducting user research and usability testing, and using prototypes to explore, communicate, and validate product decisions. Experience using AI tools across research, ideation, prototyping, testing, or design operations. Experience with agriculture, field operations, enterprise products, supply chains, multilingual interfaces, or products for users with varying digital literacy is valuable.
