The Product Development and Production Coordinator owns the design side of PLM including setup, line lists, sample-review prep, data hygiene, and clean handoffs, while supporting the day-to-day mechanics of product development and production sourcing. Their mission is to keep design data clean and locked upstream so accurate product information flows to every downstream team- which includes Merchandising, Inventory Planning, Operations, and Marketing.This is an ideal role for someone building their fashion career who is organized, comfortable with data and systems, and eager to learn how a garment goes from sketch to shelf. This role is performed in-house in our Philadelphia office, M-F. Responsibilities Will IncludePLM & Data HygieneCollaborate with the product development team and Design Coordinator to build the seasonal allocation file. This includes inputting key details such as final fabric codes, print names, vendor allocations, and retail prices.
