### About the Role This is a full-stack product engineering role at an early-stage enterprise AI platform, where you will own features end-to-end, from technical design through to user-facing delivery. You will work closely with product and design leadership to ship AI-powered capabilities that drive adoption across large organizations. The role carries real product influence and moves quickly. ### What You'll Do - Build end-to-end product features across frontend (Next.js), backend (Node.js), and database layers. - Implement user interfaces including full screens, reusable components, and complete user flows. - Collaborate with the design team and customers to gather feedback and iterate on features. - Maintain and optimize the codebase for performance and a strong user experience. - Participate in regular Support Engineer rotations, focusing on assisting customers and the customer support team. ### What We're Looking For - 2+ years of software engineering experience, with strong hands-on proficiency in TypeScript, Next.js, and Node.js across both frontend and backend. - Proven experience delivering full-stack features end-to-end, from concept through production deployment. - Hands-on experience building AI-powered product features and integrating AI capabilities into enterprise applications. - Familiarity with PostgreSQL, Redis, Prisma, tRPC, and Tailwind CSS. - Experience collaborating with product leadership, design, and customers to shape and iterate on product direction. - Background in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment. - Strong CS fundamentals; a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent technical field is expected. - Clear, professional communication skills for working across engineering, product, and customer-facing contexts. ### Compensation & Benefits Salary range: **66,000 to 120,000 EUR annually**. Visa sponsorship is available for this role. ### Location On-site in **Berlin, Germany**. This role requires in-person presence and is not available remotely.
