At Brevo, we’re not just building a CRM. With our technology, **we’re helping millions of organizations build lasting relationships with their customers.** From emails and SMS to WhatsApp, Chat, and Marketing Automation, **our tools are intuitive, powerful, and built to scale with every ambition.** We give businesses a clear view of the customer journey, so they can focus on what matters: connection. As a **certified B Corp**, we’re proud to grow with purpose, committed to high standards of social and environmental impact, not just performance. Today, more than **500,000 businesses** across **180 countries**—from NGOs like Amnesty International to global brands like Carrefour, eBay, Louis Vuitton, and Michelin—trust Brevo to engage their audiences, cut through complexity, and deliver results. Our **reliable technology** and **75+ integrations** help them create **unparalleled customer experiences,** without the usual tech headaches. We recently exceeded 200m ARR and reached a major milestone by **becoming a Unicorn**, backed by strong growth and global expansion - and we’re just getting started! As Head of Product Engineering, you will own the vision, roadmap execution and operational excellence of your Business Unit — with a product-first lens. You will form a tight leadership duo with the BU General Manager, co-owning the BU strategy, product and engineering roadmap, KPIs and P&L impact. This is a rare role at the intersection of product thinking and engineering leadership — for someone equally comfortable setting product direction, driving prioritisation decisions and representing their BU in front of customers and senior leadership. ### Your impact at Brevo: - Own the product vision, roadmap and operational excellence of your BU — ensuring every engineering effort is directly tied to customer needs and business outcomes - Co-own the BU strategy with the General Manager, including tech and product roadmap, engineering KPIs and P&L impact - Set clear product direction aligned with Brevo's broader strategy, making trade-offs explicit and communicating priorities with clarity - Collaborate strongly with the Engineering team to align on shared platforms, common services and reusable patterns - Build and develop a high-performing, distributed team across product and engineering — fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement - Work hand in hand with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Finance to ensure product strategy reflects market and business realities - Monitor product and engineering KPIs, identify risks early and drive corrective action before they impact customers or the business - Champion the use of AI tools and emerging technologies within your team — both in the product and in ways of working ### Who you are: - 8 to 12 years of experience in a product leadership role, in a B2B SaaS or tech environment, with a track record of shipping products that drive measurable business outcomes - Strong product sense: ability to identify what matters most for customers and translate complex needs into clear, prioritised roadmaps - Engineering credibility: technically literate enough to engage in architecture discussions, challenge trade-offs and earn the trust of senior engineers - Strategic mindset: ability to connect product decisions to revenue and retention outcomes and influence senior stakeholders without direct authority - Proven experience building and growing high-performing, cross-functional teams including in distributed or international settings - Strong execution discipline: comfortable in the details as much as at the strategic level; able to drive clarity and keep teams moving - Fluency in English, with French as strong plus ### Why people love working at Brevo: **A place to grow, together:** Join an international team in a bright, collaborative office located in a vibrant neighborhood. **Practical perks for everyday balance:** RTT days off, 50% public transport reimbursement, Sustainable Mobility Package (whether you ride a classic bike or go electric, we support your choice to commute greener) and daily Swile meal vouchers (€12.50/day). **Learning, every step of the way:** Access to English classes and 155,000+ courses on Udemy, plus a strong internal culture of knowledge-sharing and support. **Flexible for life:** A remote-friendly setup, budget to support your home workspace, and relocation assistance for international talents. **Wellbeing that works:** Top-notch private healthcare (70% covered), 6-week second-parent leave, extra time off if your child is sick and needs you, and several services related to prevention, health and personal and professional well-being on Welii platform. **A culture that cares:** From inter-office trips to regular team events, there are plenty of ways to connect beyond your day-to-day. You'll also find active social, green, and LGBTQIA+ communities, plus Work Council benefits via Leeto, all here to support what matters to you, inside and outside of work. ### Our candidate journey: - Introductory interview with Head of Talent Acquisition - Interview with CMO/BU General Manager - Interview with CTO - Case study presentation at the office - Final interview with CEO
