Product Growth (CRO) Manager

Job description

We're the world's leading consumer healthcare platform, supporting millions of patients across the US, Australia, the UK, Germany, Japan, Spain and Canada. We're driven by the belief that good health should last a lifetime, and that to get there we need to deliver the personalised, high quality and empathetic care that the traditional system cannot support. You'll partner with our care teams of prescribers, nurses, health coaches, pharmacists and dietitians to support patients across preventative health, weight management and specific women's and men's health conditions. We joined Hims & Hers so that you can do all of the above on a bigger scale, with more ambition, a stronger global brand and the resources to deliver care to patients in dozens of countries. We're looking for people who appreciate and are excited by the enormity and uniqueness of this challenge, and want to work in the most ambitious, smart, fast moving and positive sum environment of their lives to transform how healthcare is delivered globally. We hope that's you. ### About the role We're looking for a **Product Growth (CRO) Manager**to own and improve one of the most important journeys at Juniper: how prospective patients move from their first visit to our website through to starting treatment. Juniper has a complex, considered customer journey. Prospective patients need to understand our program, decide whether it's right for them, complete a health assessment and ultimately make a meaningful healthcare decision. You'll combine data, experimentation and a deep understanding of customer behaviour to make that journey simpler, clearer and more effective. This is a senior, hands-on individual contributor role within our Product Growth team. You'll own conversion across our digital funnel, identify where and why prospective patients drop out, and turn those insights into experiments that materially improve performance. You'll work closely with Design, Copy, Engineering, and Analytics to turn opportunities into shipped experiments. As Juniper expands into new products and patient needs, you'll also help build and optimise the new conversion journeys that support that growth. ### What you'll be doing - **Own conversion across the funnel.** Take accountability for performance from landing page through to quiz, assessment and order, identifying the biggest conversion leaks and opportunities for improvement. - **Build and run our experimentation roadmap.** Translate customer behaviour and funnel data into clear hypotheses, prioritise opportunities based on expected impact, and run a structured experimentation cadence. - **Get close to the data.** Diagnose where customers are dropping out, quantify opportunities, and work with Analytics to ensure the right tracking, measurement, and attribution are in place. - **Design rigorous experiments.** Own A/B and multivariate testing from hypothesis through to execution, analysis and decision-making. - **Turn experiments into decisions.** Clearly articulate what worked, what didn't and why, using results to determine what we ship, iterate or stop. - **Understand the customer behind the numbers.** Combine quantitative data with customer insight to understand intent, friction, trust and the reasons people hesitate or abandon their journey. - **Lead conversion-focused creative execution.** Partner closely with Copy and Design to turn hypotheses into messaging, UX and customer experiences that improve conversion. - **Partner with Engineering and Product.** Take opportunities from diagnosis through to implementation rather than stopping at recommendations. - **Connect acquisition and conversion.** Work closely with Growth to ensure the experience customers land on reflects the intent and messaging that brought them there. - **Build new conversion journeys.** As Juniper expands its product ecosystem, help create and optimise funnels for new products and patient needs. - **Raise our CRO capability.** Establish strong practices around prioritisation, experiment design, measurement and learning so we continuously get better at understanding what drives growth. ### About you We're looking for someone who has genuinely owned conversion problems, not simply supported a CRO program. **You'll need to have:** - 5+ years of experience across CRO, experimentation, digital optimisation, product growth, or a similarly quantitative digital role. - A track record of **owning and improving digital conversion funnels**, with clear examples of measurable commercial impact. - Strong hands-on experience designing and running **A/B and multivariate experiments**. - Strong analytical instincts. You can interrogate funnel performance, identify drop-offs, size opportunities, and translate data into hypotheses. - Experience working with Analytics or Data teams to build robust **measurement and attribution frameworks**. - Strong customer judgement and an understanding of how **UX, messaging, friction and behavioural psychology** influence conversion. - Experience working closely with **Design, Copy, Engineering and Product** to turn hypotheses into shipped experiences. - Strong commercial judgement and an ability to connect individual funnel metrics to broader business outcomes. Experience in healthcare, subscription businesses or considered-purchase journeys is useful, but not essential. We're much more interested in how you approach customers, experimentation and growth. ### Why this role matters - Conversion is one of Juniper's biggest growth opportunities. - Our patient journey is fundamentally different from a simple ecommerce checkout. People are making a personal healthcare decision, often after spending significant time thinking about their health and weight. Building trust, communicating clearly and removing unnecessary friction all matter. - At the same time, Juniper is evolving beyond a single offering into a broader ecosystem of products and care. That means building new journeys, understanding new customer behaviours, and continuously improving how people discover and access the right care. - You'll have meaningful ownership of that problem, with the data to understand it, the creative and technical partners to execute against it, and the opportunity to directly influence how quickly Juniper grows. ### **Why join Eucalyptus?** Euc is also behind a growing family of digital healthcare clinics ([Pilot,](https://pilot.com.au/) [Kin](http://www.kinfertility.com.au/), [Software](http://skin.software/), [Compound](https://www.compound.co/)) across men’s health and well-being, fertility, skincare, and preventative health. **Here’s what makes joining Euc unique:** - **What’s next** - Our goal for the next three years is to support **1 million patients globally** to live better for longer. We’re launching into new conditions, demographics, and geographies as we build a truly preventive healthcare ecosystem. - **Build something world-changing** - We’re on the path to becoming the world’s largest international digital healthcare company. It will be challenging, fast-paced, and deeply rewarding. - **Make real impact** - You will deliver work that directly shapes patient outcomes and scales evidence-based care across markets. - **Accelerate your growth** - You will have high ownership, continuous feedback, and dedicated development support. - **Join a motivated team** - You will collaborate with talented peers to solve complex clinical and operational problems at scale. ### What’s ahead in Australia? - **Grow with us globally -** Get mentorship from leaders across Australia, the UK, Germany, and Japan, collaborate with teams in the Philippines and South Africa, and explore new markets or travel internationally. \*\*\*\*Recognised on [Hatch’s Hotlist](https://www.hatch.team/companies/eucalyptus) as one of Australia’s top employers, we support early-career professionals to become future global leaders. - **Shape your career -** Access learning budgets, conferences, certifications, peer shadowing, and a global knowledge-sharing culture. - **Work where well-being matters -** Experience catered wellness talks, exercise classes, free barista coffees, funded social clubs, and quarterly rooftop parties. - **Innovate with purpose -** Use state-of-the-art tools and contribute to bold, impactful solutions in healthcare. - **Support at every stage -** Benefit from parental and miscarriage leave, health, professional development, and personal days, and our Employee Assistance Program. *At Eucalyptus, we value individuals from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives, and we embrace the unique qualities each person brings.
