Product Lead, Growth Platform

Job description

*OKX will be prioritising applicants who have a current right to work in Hong Kong, and do not require OKX's sponsorship of a visa.* ## **Who We Are** At OKX, we believe that the future will be reshaped by crypto, and ultimately contribute to every individual's freedom. OKX is a leading crypto exchange, and the developer of OKX Wallet, giving millions access to crypto trading and decentralized crypto applications (dApps). OKX is also a trusted brand by hundreds of large institutions seeking access to crypto markets. We are safe and reliable, backed by our Proof of Reserves. Across our multiple offices globally, we are united by our core principles: *We Before Me*, *Do the Right Thing*, and *Get Things Done*. These shared values drive our culture, shape our processes, and foster a friendly, rewarding, and diverse environment for every OK-er. OKX is part of OKG, a group that brings the value of Blockchain to users around the world, through our leading products OKX, OKX Wallet, OKLink and more. ## **About The Opportunity** Our mission is to drive user growth and engagement across global markets by building a scalable growth platform — the shared campaign engine, task and incentive systems, loyalty programs, and ToB operational tooling that power growth for every business line at OKX — and by unlocking acquisition through diversified channels including SEO, ASO, affiliate, referral, and paid. As the Growth Platform Product Lead, you will own the product vision and roadmap for our growth middle-platform, lead a team of product managers, and act as the central partner to business, channel, and regional stakeholders who rely on the platform to hit their growth targets. This is a leadership role for someone who has built growth infrastructure at scale and knows how to turn a fragmented set of campaign tools into a unified, self-serve growth system. ## **What You’ll Be Doing** **Own the Growth Platform Strategy** - Define the multi-year vision and roadmap for the growth middle-platform: campaign engine, task/mission system, rewards and incentive infrastructure, loyalty and tiering, user segmentation and targeting, and the ToB configuration and analytics layer that operators use daily. - Set platform standards for reusability, configurability, and time-to-launch so that new growth activities can be shipped by business teams without bespoke engineering. - Balance platform investment against business-line requests, and make clear, well-communicated prioritization calls. **Build the Platform** - Lead the design and delivery of ToC growth products (campaigns, tasks, mega sales, loyalty) and the ToB capabilities behind them (campaign configuration, rules engine, budget and risk controls, reporting). - Drive experimentation infrastructure and growth analytics so that every campaign is measurable, comparable, and optimizable. - Leverage AI tools and automation to shorten experimentation cycles, surface insights faster, and scale growth operations with fewer manual touchpoints. **Enable Channel Growth** - Partner with channel owners across SEO, ASO, referral, affiliate, and paid to translate channel-specific funnel needs into platform capabilities. - Identify high-leverage channel opportunities and build the platform features that amplify channel performance across markets. **Manage Stakeholders Across the Organization** - Serve as the single point of accountability for the growth platform with Trading, Listing, Paid Ads, Content, Affiliate, Referral, regional growth teams, and risk/compliance. - Establish intake, prioritization, and governance processes that keep dozens of concurrent stakeholders aligned and informed. - Influence senior leadership on platform investment, trade-offs, and sequencing; resolve conflicts between business urgency and platform integrity. **Lead and Grow the Team** - Manage, coach, and develop a team of product managers; set clear goals, review work quality, and build a high-performance culture. - Raise the bar on PM craft across the team: problem framing, data literacy, spec quality, and cross-functional execution. ## **What We Look For In You** - **5+ years of product management experience**, including **2+ years managing product managers** and owning a multi-quarter roadmap. - **Deep growth middle-platform experience**: you have designed and shipped a campaign engine, task/mission system, incentive or rewards platform, loyalty program, or comparable shared growth infrastructure that served multiple business lines. - **Proven platform thinking**: track record of consolidating scattered, one-off growth tools into a reusable, configurable, self-serve system, and of measuring the efficiency gains that resulted. - **Exceptional stakeholder management**: demonstrated ability to run intake and prioritization across many competing internal customers, manage up to executive leadership, and hold the line on platform trade-offs without losing partner trust. - **Strong data and analytics fluency**: comfortable defining campaign and platform metrics, reading experiment results, and using data to settle prioritization debates. - **Large-scale delivery**: experience navigating complex cross-team dependencies in a fast-moving, global organization. - **High learning velocity**: able to rapidly internalize new domains — crypto, regional markets, new channels — and connect product, data, and market signals into actionable strategy. ## **Nice-To-Haves** - Experience in crypto, fintech, or other regulated consumer products where growth mechanics must satisfy risk and compliance constraints. - Hands-on experience with SEO and/or ASO strategy, including keyword optimization, app store listing optimization, and organic growth levers. - Experience building ToB operational platforms or internal tooling used by non-technical operators at scale. - Experience applying AI/LLM tooling to growth operations, analytics, or PM workflows. ## **Perks & Benefits** - Competitive total compensation package - L&D programs and education subsidy for employees' growth and development - Various team building programs and company events - Wellness and meal allowances - Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants - More that we love to tell you along the process! *Please note that Hong Kong is a group-level service hub, and OKX does not carry on a business of operating a virtual asset trading platform in Hong Kong.* Notice: All official OKX vacancies are published on this website.
