With hubs in Toronto & San Francisco, Accord is bringing on passionate builders who sweat the details and want to build something special. If you’re interested in being part of a collaborative, high-velocity team that is dedicated to excellence in its craft, apply. ## **The Role** Accord is the execution layer for value-selling and this is the first PM role in Accord’s history. More of our product decisions now involve AI: when an agent should act, when a person should, and what it costs. We need a PM who makes those calls with evidence. We also need to close the loop on what happens after launch. We're looking for a **Product Manager** to close this gap: align priorities, keep engineering unblocked, and make sure the roadmap reflects what customers and the business actually need for our category-defining product. You'll report to [Divya, VP, Product](https://www.linkedin.com/in/divya-chittoor/) and work closely with product design, engineering, customer success, and product marketing. You'll work directly with customers to ground your decisions in what they actually need. And since this is the first PM role in Accord's history, you'll have real room to shape what it becomes. ## **What success looks like:** - **First 3 months:** You understand the product and the personas it serves and the pain it solves for our customers. - **By 6 months:** You own the CS–product relationship outright. You've built real relationships across engineering, you're confidently setting and driving the roadmap, pulling in stakeholders to prioritize rather than waiting to be told what's next, and you're comfortable running AI evals and data analysis, including cost models included. - **By 12 months:** If you're excelling, there's room to grow into a more senior, strategic seat by shaping company-wide prioritization and acting as a thought partner to leadership, not just executing against a roadmap someone else set. ## **What You'll Do** - **Own and drive the roadmap.** Set priorities and pull in stakeholders to make the calls. - **Own the CS–product relationship.** Drive the feedback loop from Customer Success, prioritize what comes in, and make sure engineering always has what it needs to act on it. - **Scope and sequence delivery with engineering**. Decide what can ship, sequence the work, and adjust when estimates change. - **Close the loop after launch.** Track how features land with users after we ship them, and focus on increasing adoption to close the gap. - **Collaborate with product marketing.** Own release timelines and launch coordination end to end. - **Contribute to user research alongside design**, and talk directly to customers. - **Demonstrate User Empathy.** Understand the user before you propose anything. Contribute to user research alongside design, and talk directly to customers. - **Run AI evals and data analysis** to support real decisions, like cost modelling, agent framework evaluation, and the judgment calls that come with them. ## **Who You Are** - **Startup experience:** You’re comfortable in high-velocity and can manage multiple competing priorities with ease. - **0→1, then close the loop.** You ship fast and track what happens after launch. - **Data fluent.** You run AI evals and cost models yourself and validate your assumptions before committing. - **Know when AI is the right tool** and when it isn’t. You know where human intervention is needed vs. an agent. - **Exceptional communication.** You align eng, CS, product marketing, and design, and connect the work back to company outcomes. - **Thrives in ambiguity.** This product is complex and high-touch, and you don't need it simplified. - **Opinionated and collaborative.** Strong points of view, loosely held; seeks feedback and wants growth into a more strategic seat. *Note: Accord is not able to sponsor visas for this role.* ## **Location:** - We're a hybrid team in the office 3x per week. ## **Our Values** - 🐼 **Everyone is a Product Person** — We share a builder’s mindset and passion for great products. - 🐝 **Radical Collaboration** — We win, grow, and learn together—across teams and functions. - 🦄 **10/10** — We go beyond great; the final 10% delivers 90% of the value. - 🦁 **Integrity Over Everything** — We do the right thing, even when no one’s watching. ## **Why You’ll Love Working Here** - Competitive top-percentile pay & equity - Unlimited PTO - Health, dental, vision, life, and disability coverage - Bi-annual team offsites (meet your teammates IRL!) - Hybrid work environment (3 days in-office per week) ## **Commitment to Inclusion, Equity & Diversity** We believe innovation thrives when diverse perspectives come together. We’re committed to creating an inclusive environment where everyone feels valued, heard, and empowered to contribute their authentic selves. We welcome candidates of all backgrounds and identities to join our team of Accordions. ## What Sales Leaders Are Saying *“With Accord, we ended up displacing not just* [**](http://People.ai)*, but the need for one of our enablement platforms as well. The content management piece, the deal-level execution, and the ability to surface internal components like approval matrices or quoting instructions at the right time, for every deal, was a game changer.”* Bayley Fesler, Director of Revenue Operations, Xactly *"This is a sales tool that the team tells me they can't live without anymore. They would be so upset if we took it away from them, which I never hear about tools.”* Niki Phillips, VP of Enterprise Sales, Hootsuite *"Accord is poised to give us meaningful metrics and tangible insights into how our methodologies are actually being adopted and used in the field, which is a game-changer for proving the impact of our enablement programs.”* Aaron C, Revenue Enablement Manager at Greenway Health
