This is a role that blends strategy, execution, and collaboration, perfect for someone energized by owning a problem space and bringing complex ideas to life. As Product Manager, you'll own one of our product modules and the outcomes it drives, from ideation through rollout and beyond. Your work will span user discovery, stakeholder alignment, solution definition, and go-to-market delivery. From working sessions with UI/UX to stand-ups with engineering, to prototyping new solutions, to frontline user sessions, your ability to turn insight into outcomes will shape the experience of thousands of users. In this role you will have strong opinions, loosely held. Details matter to you. You see the world of software today and regularly identify how it should be better. You have a passion for what's next and you're always eager to explore and understand something new. You understand the role AI is playing in changing how software works and what that means for its relationship to users. And above all, you believe the client experience comes first. ### What Will You Be Doing? - Own one of our product modules end to end: its outcomes, roadmap, and full lifecycle from concept to launch to measuring results - Contribute to overall product strategy and own communicating your module's roadmap to internal and external audiences - Define product requirements grounded in real user problems and validated feedback - Collaborate with UI/UX designers to bring intuitive, user-centered experiences to life - Work closely with stakeholders across various teams, such as platform success, marketing, operations, to ensure launches are well-coordinated and successful - Identify new ways to leverage AI to enhance the product experience - Stay deeply engaged with clients and end users: run feedback sessions, iterate quickly, and proactively surface improvement opportunities ### What Does the Ideal Candidate Look Like? - Focus on driving outcomes over output: problems solved, metrics moved, user behavior changed, revenue influenced - Strong product discovery skills that turn ambiguity into insight and a strong opinion on what to do next - Proven user empathy: starts with the user's problem, not the feature request - Builder mindset: quick to make ideas tangible, quicker to throw them away when they miss - Works fluently with designers and engineers: translates vision into prototypes and understands technical feasibility firsthand - Excellent judgment balancing user value and business needs - Clear, concise communicator comfortable with executives, engineers, and everyone in between - Fluent with current AI tools, with an aptitude for using them to research, prototype, and communicate intent ### Why You’ll Love It Here: - Join a client-centric culture where your ideas shape the tools our clients rely on every day - Be a builder—launch meaningful features from the ground up and influence the evolution of our platforms - Thrive in a collaborative environment where delivery, engineering, design, and operations work together as partners - Competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and a healthy respect for work-life balance ### Make Your Voice Heard: We know impactful product managers bring more than just requirements, they bring perspective. Whether you’ve led internal tools for complex orgs or helped ship customer-facing features in tight timelines, your experience matters. Share what you’ve built, how you think, and what product leadership means to you. Please include links to any product documentation, project briefs, launch materials, or artifacts that showcase your work and ownership.
