Product Manager, Content Creation

Job description

**Working at Omnisend is... kind of boring.** Not the soul-crushing kind of boring — more like the “no drama, no chaos, just smart people doing great work” kind. The kind that lets you focus on what matters, without pointless meetings, micromanagement, or bureaucracy. We’re data-driven. We test, we iterate, we improve. Gut feelings don’t drive decisions — insights do. We trust each other. We’re transparent, give real feedback, and actually listen. No egos, no hand-holding — just a team of experienced professionals moving fast, adapting easily, and delivering impact. Omnisend is customer-funded and customer-driven. Our work is rooted in solving real problems that help ecommerce brands grow. No empty promises — we bring in results. And yes, we have fun. But the grown-up kind — workations, team gatherings, the occasional party. No forced fun, no awkward icebreakers. Just genuine moments with a team that actually enjoys working together. **About the role:** Product Manager, Content Creation We're looking for a **Product Manager** who wants to change how ecommerce brands create their marketing content, now that AI can do much of the work for them. You'd join the **Content Creation team**, which owns the Omnisend email builder. It is **the most used product area in Omnisend**: the place where our customers design the emails they send to their shoppers. Our goal is to make it the best email builder in the market, where any merchant, even without design skills, can create stunning, on-brand, and personalized emails that drive more orders. This is also where the next wave of AI in Omnisend happens. Merchants no longer want to start from a blank canvas. They want to describe what they need and get an on-brand email that is ready to send. More and more of them also work inside AI assistants like Claude and ChatGPT, where the Omnisend MCP lets them create content without opening Omnisend at all. **You will lead this new wave of AI and MCP content creation for ecommerce brands around the world:** deciding what AI should do for merchants, how the email builder and the MCP work together, and how we make AI-created emails good enough that merchants trust them and send them. ### What you’ll do @Omnisend: - Make intelligent & incremental product decisions and compromises to support an iterative approach, based on user testing, business, and technical considerations to inform these decisions; - Constantly look for the most impactful ways to reach company goals; - Become a domain expert in our customers, ecommerce, email design, and AI-assisted content creation; - Co-lead discovery and support delivery phases, including framing problems, researching them, and presenting insights; - Combine knowledge from product metrics, user research, and other product insights into meaningful product decisions, and experiments. - Lead the AI and MCP product decisions for content creation: find where AI creates real value for merchants, both inside the email builder and in AI assistants through the Omnisend MCP. ### What we use and value: - Company-wide OKR framework; - Empowered product teams that solve customer and business problems, not build features; - Objective-based planning and experimentation-driven delivery; - Product-led growth; - We look at product metrics daily, we speak to our customers and do it often; - Outcomes and bringing value to our customers over outputs and feature factories; - Ship to learn. Experimentation to validate hypotheses and assumptions; - Truly embracing data-driven decisions. ### We expect that you’ll bring: - Proven experience (3+ years) of product management at user-focused tech with examples of shipped products; - Hands-on experience building AI or LLM-powered product features, from discovery to launch; - You use AI tools in your daily work and understand how MCP and AI agents work; - Data-driven, self-sufficient in product analytics (i.e. Mixpanel, Kissmetrics, Chartio, or other); - Customer centricity; - User research, and user testing skills; - Ability to present and articulate your product decisions and rationale to peers and stakeholders; - Ability to view the bigger picture and how certain decisions impact the future; - You’re well-organized with a collaborative attitude and a strong sense of ownership; - Experience in working in multidisciplinary product teams; - Experience in goal setting (short-term and long-term goal planning for the team); - Knowledge and experience working with e-commerce platforms like Shopify or Woocommerce is a big plus; - Background in email builders, design tools, or content creation products would help you succeed faster. ### What we offer in return: - Gross salary from 6000 EUR/month based on experience; - Quarterly salary reviews; - An unlimited learning budget for self-improvement complying with the best interest of Omnisend; - Working methods and best practices inspired by the best tech companies in Silicon Valley; - Senior colleagues (over 70%) enable us to have a high-performing, productive environment where your growth will accelerate; - Flexible working hours and remote work possibilities; - Private health insurance; - Unlimited access to psychotherapy; - Workstation budget; - Personalized work anniversary gifts, such as house cleaning, spa treatments, international flights etc.; - Attractive workations and team-led team-building events.
