Position: Why We Hire As a product manager in customer strategy supervisory department, you will work on enhancement for Rakuten Ecosystem experience through the various products/programs/functions. Position Details Lead the product strategy, planning, development and growth hack for those products. - PointClub - myRakuten - Group Common function for membership - New product. Tasks are - Plan the product strategy based on ecosystem experience strategy - Manage the product KPI, Marketing, User experience - Growth hack - Planning new functions - Direction of development - Project management Mandatory Qualifications: - Commitment for the result and planning experience strategy - Logical thinking, Issue solving, communication skill - Take responsibility to the action with analysis of data and hypothesis - Experience of Web master, Web product manager, Creative Director - Knowledge for Web standard and Web creation work flow - Knowledge for Web usability and accessibility - Knowledge for Web front end technology Desired Qualifications: - Experience to achieve successful product launch or improvement with cross-functional team including developer and marketing PIC. - Experience of leading successful product / service development in agile / lean product development program. - Person who has self start-up mind and lead the project while demonstrating the your own expertises. - Experiences and knowledge about marketing / statistical analysis / ergonomics / access analysis / usability studies are plus. - Experience of new website start up project - Experience of website rewnewal - Experience of projects about SEO, LPO, SM - Experience and knowledge of creating smart phone web/App - Experience and knowledge of server side program(Apache, JAVA, PHP, framework) - Experience of management and team building - Experience of nurturing staff, hosting workshop or learning session #creative #jobcategory03 #productmanager #jobsubcategory20 #operationdiv #organization08 Languages: English (Overall - 2 - Intermediate), Japanese (Overall - 4 - Fluent)
