Product Manager - Growth

We are looking for a Product Manager - Growth to drive lifecycle engagement and CRM-led initiatives. This role will focus on user communication, engagement, and reactivation through targeted and personalized experiences. About the Job Own and optimize CRM channels (push, in-app, notifications, messaging). Build and execute lifecycle journeys to improve engagement and retention. Work closely with Data teams to define user segmentation and targeting strategies. Run experiments to improve open rates, CTR, and conversion. Collaborate with Growth and Product teams to support campaign execution. About you 4–5 years of product management experience. Experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or engagement products. Familiarity with tools like MoEngage or similar. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Experience in fintech or e-commerce. Exposure to personalization or recommendation systems. #LI-GH1
