Product Manager (Mid-Senior Level)

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for setting the vision, defining the strategy, and driving the execution of a meaningful part of our marketplace. You will pioneer a standard of customer obsession, analytical rigor, and AI-augmented velocity that makes Neighbor fundamentally better for our hosts and renters across all 50 states. ### A Typical Day - Ship product and deliver measurable impact, fast - Lead cross-functional groups to execute against company objectives - Communicate concisely and influence outcomes across all levels - Develop product roadmaps and build alignment across teams, cross-functional partners, and the executive team - Define and analyze the metrics that signal product success and health - Advocate for the customer with a deep understanding of their needs - Weigh the cost/benefit of maintaining product features vs. building new ones - Own the answers to product questions — prioritization, status, and the "why" behind decisions ### About You - 2+ years of experience as a product manager or in a similar role - Experience with consumer internet products or marketplaces is a plus - AI power user — you use tools like Claude, Cursor, and similar daily to accelerate research, spec writing, prototyping, and decision-making - Proficient in using data to inform decisions and uncover business opportunities - Strong verbal, written, and visual presentation skills - Comfort with a dynamic, fast-growing, flat culture - Able to drive problem and solution discovery with minimal supervision - Able to quickly absorb complex concepts and communicate them to a non-technical audience ### Benefits - Stock options - Medical, dental, and vision insurance - Generous PTO - 11 paid company holidays - 401(k) plan - Infant care leave - On-site gym/showers open 24/7
