This person will be responsible for managing and developing a high-performing team, driving new product development from concept through production, and collaborating closely with manufacturing partners in China to ensure successful product launches.The ideal candidate combines strong technical knowledge, proven leadership experience, and the ability to manage complex product development initiatives in a fast-paced environment.Requirements5+ years of experience directly leading and developing product teams, with proven people management responsibilities. Demonstrated experience leading the complete development of consumer electronics products from concept through manufacturing and launch. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a product-related field (Industrial, Mechanical, Electronic, Mechatronics, Production Engineering, or similar). Functional English with the ability to lead meetings, negotiate, and communicate technical requirements with manufacturing partners in China. Strong understanding of product development processes, supplier collaboration, and manufacturing environments. Nice to Have Experience managing product development projects, including timelines, external vendors, and cross-functional coordination. PMP, Scrum, or other Project Management certifications. Experience working with the EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) framework.
