The company is headquartered in the heart of Tel Aviv. We're looking for a talented and experienced **Product Monetization Manager** to join our rapidly growing team. The Monetization team is at the core of Moon Active’s business and is responsible for driving revenue growth and providing a good game experience to our users. The team works in an extremely fast-paced environment, constantly improving and optimizing in a data driven manner the game experience and performance in order to hit company business goals. The role entails working closely with Data Analysts, Product Managers, Operations Specialists, Designers, and Economists. **Responsibilities** - Craft and optimize custom, effective and strategic plans that can help reach business targets. - Plan, create & implement day-to-day events and promotions strategies to drive growth in business KPIs. - Focus on player retention and engagement to ensure high lifetime value. - A/B test content and analyze their performance to ensure a smooth user experience. - Collaborate with the Economy, Design, Product, Technical Operations and Analytics teams to execute top quality monthly events and promotions. **Requirements** - Proven analytical competencies. - Strong communication skills. - Experience working with many stakeholders and different teams. - Background in Product Management, Data Analysis, Sales, Digital Marketing or Growth Management. - Proven experience in execution and full ownership of projects. - Interest in mobile games. - Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Management or Business Administration.
