Product Operations Team Lead Americas

The Role

As Marketplace Operations Regional Manager for Americas, you will be the operational backbone of Fever’s marketplace across the region (South, Central and North America). You will own the health, efficiency, and scalability of our marketplace operations - working closely with product, sales, partner management and data teams to ensure our marketplace runs smoothly, partners are set up for success, and operational processes keep pace with rapid growth.

This is a hands-on, cross-functional role that combines product operations with a people leadership dimension: you will manage a regional operations team and serve as the go-to escalation point for marketplace requests and issues in the Americas.

What You’ll Do

Team Leadership & Coordination

• Lead and develop a small team of marketplace operations specialists across AMER markets.
• Set priorities, run weekly team rituals, and ensure workloads are balanced and output is high quality.
• Act as the regional escalation point for complex partner or marketplace issues, coordinating resolution across functions.
• Represent AMER ops in global cross-functional forums, flagging regional needs and translating global initiatives into local execution.

Product Operations

• Own the end-to-end operational lifecycle of events on the platform.
• Serve as the primary operational interface with Fever’s product team in APAC.
• Design, document, and continuously improve standard operating procedures for marketplace workflows.
• Identify and implement tooling or automation opportunities to reduce manual effort and increase throughput.
• Monitor marketplace health metrics (SLAs, Error rate) and drive corrective actions when trends deteriorate.

Partner & Stakeholder Management

• Build strong working relationships with internal teams to align product operational needs for the team and for partners
• Gather structured partner feedback and translate it into actionable product or process improvements.

What You’ll Bring

Must-haves

• 4-7 years of experience in marketplace operations, platform operations, or a closely related field (e-commerce, travel, hospitality, or entertainment strongly preferred).
• Demonstrated experience coordinating or leading a team, even informally.
• Strong process orientation: you love designing workflows, documenting SOPs, and finding inefficiencies.
• Comfortable working as a “product operations” partner - translating operational reality into clear product feedback, and understanding how product decisions ripple into ops.
• Analytical mindset: confident using data to diagnose problems, prioritise actions, and measure impact. Proficiency in Excel/Sheets is a baseline; SQL or BI tool experience is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish; additional language proficiency is a bonus.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-ambiguity environment with shifting priorities.
