Job description

1️ . Product Vision & Roadmap Define the AI Agent Platform roadmap , aligning with business goals and AI industry trends. Prioritize product features using frameworks like RICE, MoSCoW, and Jobs-to-be-Done (JTBD) . Ensure that the platform is scalable, multi-tenant, and cloud-agnostic , supporting multiple industries. 2️ . Agile Product Development Collaborate with engineering, UX, and data teams to translate requirements into technical execution. Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, and feature prioritization in an Agile/Scrum environment. Maintain a clear and structured product backlog , balancing technical debt and innovation. 3️ . AI & Data Strategy Define strategies for AI model integrations (OpenAI, Falcon, Hugging Face, LangChain). Ensure the platform supports low-code/no-code AI workflows, connectors, and automation capabilities. 4️ . Go-To-Market (GTM) & Monetization Own the GTM strategy, working with marketing & sales teams to drive adoption and revenue growth. Conduct competitive analysis to position the AI Agent Platform against existing AI automation tools. 5️ . Customer & Stakeholder Engagement Gather insights from clients, partners, and stakeholders to refine product features and roadmap. Drive pilot programs, beta launches, and proof-of-concept (PoC) implementations. Work with sales teams to define ideal customer profiles (ICP) and support enterprise adoption. 8+ years of experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager , preferably in AI, SaaS, or cloud-based platforms . 6months – 1 year experience in AI / GenAI Strong functional understanding of APIs, multi-tenant SaaS platforms, and cloud architectures . Experience with GTM strategies, monetization models, and enterprise B2B product launches . Familiarity with Agile methodologies, JIRA, and backlog management tools . Ability to translate business goals into product requirements and collaborate with engineering teams . Experience with user research, analytics (Mixpanel, Google Analytics), and A/B testing . Strong presentation & communication skills for C-suite engagement and investor pitches. Bonus: Background in data-driven decision-making, AI ethics, or regulatory compliance . Languages/Technologies: Java/J2EE, ReactJS, JQuery, JSON, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, PLSQL. Additional: Angular 7, VueJS, AngularJS. Frameworks: Spring Boot, Spring 4(MVC, ORM, AOP, SECURITY, Batch), Struts 2, Hibernate 3+. Database: Oracle 19c. Web Services: RESTful Web Services (JAX-RS), SOAP, JSON. Build Tool: Maven. Version Control : Bit Bucket. Development Tools: Eclipse STS, Jira, Tibco Jasper Report. Application Server: WebLogic Application server, Apache Tomcat Testing: Junit.
