We are currently building BUSY — a unified ecosystem combining the BUSY Bar https://busy.bar/ smart productivity multi-tool with the cross-platform BUSY App https://busy.app to help users stay focused and fight off notifications, social media, and all the other brainrot. We are currently looking for a Product Owner who knows how to turn a mobile app into a habit, a growth engine, and a strong source of revenue. We need someone who understands how to grow a mobile product from the very first touchpoint all the way to subscription. REQUIREMENTS - Experience as a Product Manager in a mobile product with real traction. - Strong understanding of product analytics and key metrics: activation, retention, LTV, conversion, churn. - Experience working on onboarding, funnels, and user journeys. - Understanding of subscription models and what drives their performance. - Experience running experiments and validating hypotheses. - Ownership: ability to take responsibility for outcomes, not just tasks. - Ability to see the product through the user’s eyes, with strong UX/UI. NICE-TO-HAVE - Experience with B2C mobile apps. - Experience with paywalls and subscription monetization. - Understanding of growth strategy and product economics. RESPONSIBILITIES - Shape product hypotheses and run experiments and A/B tests. - Own the growth of the mobile app end-to-end. - Improve onboarding, activation, and early user journeys. - Drive retention and turn the product into a daily habit. - Build and optimize the subscription model: paywall, offers, payment conversion, churn reduction. - Find new growth and monetization opportunities. - Work closely with design, engineering, analytics, and marketing. - Make decisions based on data.
