Job description
**Team:** Revenue Operations
**Reports to:** Chief Revenue Officer
**Location:** Remote
**Type:** Full-time
**The Role**
You'll be **Product Owner across three surfaces**:
- **CRM** — platform, data model, permissions, lifecycle automation.
- **Partner Product** — the cabinet, dashboards, payout logic, and tooling our IBs, affiliates, and KOLs live in.
- **Marketing Enablement** — lifecycle stack, AI agents, and the internal tools BD/AM run on.
You own the roadmap, backlog, specs, and outcomes with a simple goal in view - to grow revenue.
We want a disruptor. Someone who sees a 14-step nurture sequence and asks why an agent isn't running it. Someone comfortable in a product review with engineers *and* a funnel economics conversation with the CEO.
**What You'll Do 🛠**
**CRM**
- Lead the new CRM rollout and adoption across BD, Partnerships, AM, Marketing, Compliance, Support.
- Own the data model, permissions, and the pipe from platform → warehouse → CRM → activation.
**Partner Product**
- Own the IB/affiliate/KOL product experience end-to-end.
- Translate partner and BD feedback into a prioritised backlog; ship with engineering.
- Build the partner journeys, onboarding, activation, tiering, qualification that turn signups into revenue.
**Revenue org Enablement & AI**
- Ship AI auto-funnels: agents that score, personalise, route, draft, and hand off.
- Embed AI into daily BD/AM work: prospect intelligence, meeting prep, auto-logged notes, next-best-action, call QA.
- Support Acquisition and Retention teams with setting up funnels across email, in-app, SMS, push.
**Always**
- Test, measure, kill what doesn't work.
- Report ROI clearly. Iterate.
## **What We're Looking For 🪄**
**Must-haves**
- Product ownership experience with a track record.
- Experience in CRM integration/management (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Zendesk, , Braze, or similar).
- Experience in shipping funnels that actually convert.
- Hands-on with **AI in a revenue context**: LLM APIs, agents, prompt engineering, AI-powered outbound.
- Strong with Dev, Data, Marketing, Sales. Translates well between them.
- Analytical. Reads cohorts and retention curves, not just reports.
**Bonus points for**
- Owning a partner/IB/affiliate product before.
- Shipped AI agents on top of a CRM (scoring, outreach, research, QA).
- Tools: n8n, Make, Zapier Agents, Clay, Apollo, Smartlead, HeyReach, Retell, Bland.
- Fintech, crypto, brokerage, iGaming, or other regulated, affiliate-heavy verticals.
- RAG, vector DBs, internal knowledge agents.
- A portfolio that shows *what you've built*, not just where you've worked.
