You will play an important role in managing technical databases, monitoring supplier certification status and supporting the delivery of quality and food safety standards across the business. You will help maintain technical trackers, provide updates for technical meetings and support the progression of specifications and artwork through agreed processes. Acting as a first point of contact in some areas, you will work collaboratively with colleagues across multiple functions and markets to resolve issues and deliver business priorities. We're looking for someone with a technical background within a food service, food manufacturing or fast-paced QA/QC environment, ideally supported by a degree in Food Science, Food Technology or a related discipline. You will have a good understanding of food safety, quality assurance and supplier compliance processes, together with the ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively under pressure. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential, as you will collaborate with suppliers and colleagues across multiple countries and business functions. You will be highly organised, analytical and detail-oriented, with strong Microsoft Office skills and the ability to identify trends and opportunities through data review.
